If you are missing the Consent Form button on your I-LEAD account and are therefore unable to submit a consent form, it is usually because you are not associated with a child care facility. To verify your associated providers, view the Providers section of your I-LEAD Dashboard (fig.1).
- The child care facility should be listed under the Search and Reset buttons. If the facility you work for is missing, please follow the instructions below.
- New Staff: If you’ve recently been hired, contact your provider administrator (usually the program director) and request they add you as an educator. This action can only be performed by your provider and not by the Brighter Futures Solution Center. Once you receive and accept your emailed invitation, you will see your child care program in your provider section. This will now allow you to access and complete your consent form.
- Existing Staff: If you have previously completed a consent form for your existing provider, you may already be in the system. Click on the (link) Merge My Educator Account article for step-by-step instructions on how to merge all of your records into your account.
