Joining a Facility or Program with Existing Accounts

Educators have to connect with their program to ensure that Indiana licensing staff can see accurate site-based information.

I don’t see my program or facility name on my account. How can I fix that?

Educators who have an existing I-LEAD account can contact their program director or employer to be added to a program or facility account. The account’s provider admin can send educators invites by email using the email address that is listed on the educator’s I-LEAD account. Once educators get an invitation from a provider admin, they should click “accept invitation.” They are then directed to the “Welcome to FSSA” webpage, where they should log in to I-LEAD. Once they are logged in, they will then be associated with the program or facility where they are employed.

I created a guest account in I-LEAD, but I need to join a facility or program now. How can I connect to my employer program?

Educators who have a guest account in I-LEAD can contact their program director or employer to be added to a program or facility account. The account’s provider admin can send educators invites by email using the email address that is listed on the educator’s I-LEAD account. After they receive an invitation from their provider admin, they should click “accept invitation.” At the “Welcome to FSSA” webpage, they can log in to I-LEAD. Once they are logged in, they will then be associated with the program or facility where they are employed.

I changed jobs. How do I move my account from my old employer to my new program?

When an educator leaves a job, their previous employer will need to end their employment in I-LEAD. This ensures that educators are no longer associated with any facility where they are no longer employed.

Then, the educator will need to have their current employer send an invitation through their I-LEAD account using their existing account email address.  This ensures that they are then associated with their current facility or program.
