Below are the instructions to create a new guest account within the I-LEAD portal. Do note that creating this account will not associate you with any particular child care facility, nor will it provide you access to the electronic Consent form. Please click HERE to learn how to join your Child Care facility.
***When creating your account, please be sure to use your PERSONAL email address. You will not be able to adjust your email address once you have created your account.***
1.) Navigate to ilead.in.gov.
2.) Locate and click on the green LOGIN button on the left side of the screen.
3.) Under the blue Sign In button, locate and click on the “Sign Up Now” link.
4.) Complete Step 1 by reading and following the instructions provided. Do note that you must verify your email address prior to continuing to Step 2.
5.) Once you have verified your email address, you will create a password, confirming that all password requirements are met. Additionally, you will need to input your first and last name.
6.) After completing step 2, you will land inside your Profile page. Here, you will need to update the following fields:
b.) Phone number
c.) Street Address, City, State and Zip code (Home address)
d.) County name
7.) Click Update Your Profile to complete your I-LEAD registration
