I did not get an email to confirm my I-LEAD account. What should I do?

For directors or license applicants working within a licensed or regulated child care program: Contact PDSupport@earlylearningindiana.org and provide the updated information.

For educators: Ask your provider admin (this is most commonly a program director or child care business owner) to update your contact information in your state records. The email address used to log in to your I-LEAD account cannot be updated.

If you receive a message that the provider is not found, please contact us  via our online form.

What do I do if my invitation from FSSA has expired?

Visit the I-LEAD home page at iLEAD.in.gov and click on the text that says, “Received an invite?” This will take you to a page where you can resend the invitation to your email. Educators can also ask your director to resend the I-LEAD invitation.

I am having trouble logging in to I-LEAD, what should I do?

If you have attempted to log in at ilead.in.gov and are having problems, contact support via our online form or calling 800-299-1627.

How do I create a new I-LEAD account for a child care program or business?

If you are not currently working in a child care program or would like to open a child care business, visit the I-LEAD login page at ilead.in.gov. Then, create a guest account by clicking “Log In” and following the account registration steps.

How can I learn more about starting a child care business in Indiana?

Once you have created an I-LEAD account, select “Start Your Indiana Learning Path” to navigate to Indiana’s professional development system, Indiana Learning Paths. Once in Indiana Learning Paths, complete the “Orientation I” course to learn about starting a child care business in Indiana.

What happens to my I-LEAD account if I leave my current employer?

No matter where you are employed, you can continue accessing I-LEAD with your existing email and password. This is why I-LEAD recommends using your permanent personal email address. If employed in a new child care program, ensure the provider admin of new site takes action to add you as an educator. If you need to update your email address, contact PDsupport@earlylearningindiana.org and provide the updated information.
